KLANG
INFO SOUND healing

How does KLANG healing take place?

When you receive sound healing lying or sitting, bowls are placed in different places on and around your body. The oscillations from the bowl propagate into all the cells in your body, and massage gently so that all physical blockages are processed and the body is calmed.

The sounds from the bowls as well as the universal instrument bla. gong, wind chime, handpan and rainstick bring you into a meditative state where you can do nothing but listen to the beautiful sounds.

Being 100% present in the moment calms the nervous system, and gives the brain a well-deserved break, so you get completely down to gear and experience peace and quiet presence.

Who benefits from KLANG healing?

You who want to get into gear with wellness at a high level, alone or with others. Who want to enjoy the amazing sounds and vibrations that sound bowls and other meditative instruments produce, while physical tensions loosen and the brain disconnects. A break with deep relaxation where you achieve quiet presence and harmony.

You who may be struggling with burnout, stress, depression, anxiety or other diagnosis, which greatly affects your everyday life and your body. Sound has a positive effect on physical, emotional and mental blockages, provides immediate relief and over time can provide a noticeable improvement.

The story of sound / singing bowls

Tibetan singing bowls first appeared in the areas around the Himalayan mountains. They are considered a symbol of "the unknown", and their vibrations have been described as "manifestation of the sound of the universe".

The origins of singing bowls can be traced back to the life of the Shakyamuni Buddha (560-480 BC), but the exact information about their origin is shrouded in mystery. Some say they are a gift from the shamanistic “Bon” religion, which was the religion of Tibet in the century before Buddhism.
